Addiction Counseling
Personalized, Action-oriented Recovery Support
If alcohol, drugs, or other compulsive behaviors are creating problems in your life or relationships, you do not have to handle it alone.
I provide private, personalized counseling for adults, young adults, and families struggling with addiction, substance use, relapse, recovery, and the emotional toll that often comes with it.
Whether you are questioning your relationship with substances, trying to rebuild trust, entering recovery for the first time, or working to maintain long-term sobriety, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and support.

Clients recently out of treatment or sober living

My Approach
My approach is warm, direct, practical, and nonjudgmental.
I work collaboratively with clients to understand the deeper patterns underneath addictive behaviors while also building concrete tools for change. I draw on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients accept where they are, manage big emotions in the moment, and take real action toward their goals.
If clients have the need, I work alongside their existing support team members and can help them connect with other professionals including psychiatrists, 12 step groups, and treatment centers.
I believe recovery is not only about stopping destructive behaviors, but also about building a life that feels more connected, stable, meaningful, and honest.

You Don’t Have to Hit Rock Bottom
Many people seek counseling before addiction completely takes over their lives.
You may simply notice that:

relationships feel strained
anxiety or depression is increasing
you feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted
substances have become harder to control than you expected
Therapy can help you understand what is happening and begin making meaningful changes without shame or judgment.
